I'm going crazy? How to survive among people

People. Too many of them. They come, crush with a cacophony of voices. What do they want from me? Why are they so close? Pointless chatter, flickering light, irritating odors. Everything torments, tears the structure of thoughts, pulls the brain to pieces. And it is impossible to get together, concentrate, focus attention, comprehend what is happening. It grows and gets stronger inside: “Leave me alone! Let me be alone! " This inner cry frightens with the power of hatred. "I need to think calmly!"

Hands involuntarily reach to the head and pinch the ears to stop this tearing noise, this torment. Painful grimace on his face, the pose of a holy fool being beaten with stones. A groan drowning out external, covering sounds. The only desire is to hide away from everyone, to be on a desert island in a dark cave.

I'm going crazy? Why so, to the point of hatred, irritate other people, voices, smells, light? I want to get rid of this. From yourself or from them? Am I not myself?

What happened with me?

Such states as a result of stress or "withdrawal" are experienced by rare people who ask questions about the meaning of what is happening, who are naturally gifted with subtle, often musical, ear, abstract thinking. In the terminology of Yuri Burlan's System-Vector Psychology, these are the owners of the sound vector, where the vector is a set of special innate mental properties that set the direction of desires and the potential for human realization in society.

There are eight vectors in total, which, when combined with each other, determine the deep aspirations, properties for their implementation, character, life values and priorities of each person. Modern people are, on average, carriers of 3-4 vectors, which makes their psyche able to adapt more easily to the conditions of a rapidly changing and developing technological world.

In the presence of a sound vector, his desires dominate the desires of other vectors. Therefore, the sound engineer often has a situation when, with apparent well-being and satisfaction in the basic values of other vectors (for example, there is wealth, family, love), there is no feeling of happiness in life.

Well, what is he missing?

The owner of the sound vector differs in that his life values and priorities are not associated with material goods or relationships. Therefore, he does not find satisfaction in the possession of anything, in the love or respect of people. All the desires of the sound engineer are connected with the work of his consciousness and concentration on what is happening in his mind - with the search for meanings.

From 5-6 years old a child with a sound vector is interested in questions about the structure of this world, the meaning of what is happening. Moments of immersion in oneself and the desire to be away from noisy peers separate the little sound engineer from the rest of the children. Awareness of their detachment from others, some strangeness leads to even greater immersion in oneself in attempts to comprehend: “Who am I? Why am I here?"

A naturally sensitive auditory sensor requires special conditions for concentration and mental work. Therefore, at night, when most people are asleep, when the daytime noise ceases, it becomes possible to maximize the use of the unique hearing of the carrier of the sound vector. In order to focus on the outside world, on the manifestations of nightlife, to catch abstract thought forms that are born in the depths of the subconscious.

Leave me alone

Any stimuli interfere with concentration, thoughts get confused. At such moments, it seems to a sound person: "Let me think calmly, and I will understand what is wrong." Harsh sounds are painful in sensitive ears. In moments of fatigue or stress, hearing becomes especially sensitive, and people, as sources of noise, cause acute hostility, a desire to avoid contact with them. And it seems that the saving silence and solitude will relieve the pain.

The owner of the sound vector, who avoids contact with other people, plunges deep into himself. Alone, his main fear comes to him - to completely lose touch with reality, to go crazy.

Thoughts generated by the consciousness of the sound engineer, spinning in the head and not finding a way out, embodied by signs in written speech, in a musical score or in mathematical, physical formulas, become an obsessive round dance: "Everything is meaningless …". And only by taking out the thought-forms swarming inside, structuring this chaos, finding precise designations for expressing meanings, melodies, is it possible to make room for new ideas, other thoughts, to penetrate deeper into what is being sought.

You can apply the talent given by nature to music, to the addition of words into poetry or prose. To the knowledge of meanings through the study of languages and sciences for the advancement of all mankind along the path of evolution. This is how people with a sound vector realize their potential.

Where to look for meanings?

However, today's generation of carriers of the sound vector does not find sufficient satisfaction in the above ways of realizing their talents. They want more. They want to reveal the secrets of the human psyche, to know the meaning of life.

System-vector psychology of Yuri Burlan allows you to find answers to any questions. “What's wrong with me?”, “Am I normal?”, “Why do I live?”. From time immemorial, sound engineers have been unable to satisfy their search. Now this opportunity is available to everyone.
