Society dictates its own rules, and everyone needs to fit into society. Alone, a person cannot survive and cannot be realized without other people. If, after a night of brainstorming, a person yawns, sleepily stumbles upon furniture and stares blankly at the monitor, the thought of the need to treat insomnia creeps in. Under the influence of the opinions of others, a person begins to wonder how healthy his daily routine is.

And at this moment an error creeps into his reasoning. There is no need to break your nature. If you think well and work well at night, you can take night shifts, find a job with a free schedule, or shift the start of work towards lunchtime.

And even if there is no such possibility, this is not a reason to reproach yourself for how nature was created and look for sleeping pills. Hop cones sewn into the pillow and the scent of lavender oil in the bedroom will not be able to alter the innate qualities of the psyche. It makes no sense to incriminate the sound specialist in insomnia only because he is sleepy in the morning, and to impose treatment for a non-existent ailment.
