Anorexia. How I lost weight to death

Recently, close attention in the press and popular TV shows has been paid to the problem of anorexia, which has reached its heyday today. More and more young and beautiful girls are trying to "improve" their already good figure, refusing food and turning into walking skeletons. One of the main reasons for this phenomenon is often called the influence of the standards of beauty accepted in our society, which are illustrated in women's magazines and on TV screens.

Beauties in bikinis, "hangers" on the catwalk, slender women looking at us from blue screens. Say, here's the result: girls strive to imitate such standards, starting with Barbie, which generally has proportions incompatible with human capabilities, and ending with Hollywood stars. But is the psychology of anorexia so simple?

It seems to be true: how can young girls not get anorexia here when there are such standards around? But it's not that simple. If you think about the problem of anorexia, a question arises. Why do millions of women buy fashion magazines, and, fortunately, a much smaller number of them suffer from anorexia? And not only girls, but also men, although their percentage is certainly much lower. And now, anorexia is more and more common in adolescents! Of course, the standard "90-60-90" is very firmly entrenched in the minds of modern girls, but after all, not everyone strives to starve themselves, and the result of the "bag of bones" bears little resemblance to the same standard! Can't they see that this is not beauty, but ugliness?

In my life, I have never met a woman who is completely satisfied with her body. Even when people around you see envy in every look, any of us will find something to find fault with, and will see that very unfortunate extra kilogram, cunningly clinging to some particularly "unsuccessful" part of the body. And each of us, looking at beautiful photographs of models in magazines, thinks that we should go on a diet or go to the gym. But even with a strong desire to lose weight, anorexia does not become a threat to every woman. How many times have I thought the same way myself, comparing myself to photographs of magazine divas, and … went to the kitchen to eat something delicious! So why does someone get upset about beautiful pictures, someone is inspired to go to a sports club, and someone is brought to complete physical exhaustion? Is it really about pictures? And what are the reasons for anorexia? Many women are worried about how to lose weight, but not everyone brings themselves to anorexia.

I am reading an article on a specialized website: “In anorexia, there is a pathological desire to lose weight, accompanied by a strong fear of obesity. The patient has a distorted perception of his physical form and there is anxiety about the alleged increase in weight, even if this is not actually observed. Signs of anorexia include sleep disturbances, isolation from society, and the patient's panic fear of getting better. It turns out that with anorexia, the question of how to lose weight becomes not just a question, but some kind of painful obsession around which all human thoughts revolve.

Systemic doctor's opinion

A typical patient with anorexia is a skin-visual girl, less often a boy. This disease can arise only where the visual vector swings in fear. Visual fears, whatever they may be, have the same root, although they can take different forms. In the case of anorexia, this is an unreasonable and overwhelming fear of getting fat, actually caused by another, deeper fear - of being unnoticed. The cutaneous vector in this bundle rather plays the role of a servant, serving the desires of the upper vector. The limitation is inherent in the skin nature. Self-restraint, strict control over the calories eaten naturally fill the skinny, he gets even scanty, but some kind of pleasure.

Notice me!

The more frightened the viewer is, the more dependent he is on the desire to make himself visible.

The spectator is always preoccupied with his appearance, especially if he has not learned to notice a deeper, internal state. Then it is the outer beauty that takes on key importance. Next to beauty and ugliness: if I cannot be in the center of attention "in an amicable way", to attract those who I am, I will find a way to make my appearance so that people will pay attention to me.

Where does such a painful addiction come from and why does a person seriously wonder how to lose weight to anorexia?

Developed vision manifests itself as empathy, it is able to love and deeply feel the emotional states of other people. Insufficiently developed vision instead of compassion is directed towards oneself, it is fixated on its own fears, which can take on the most bizarre forms: from the fear of flying airplanes to the fear of walking through a dark room at night … For a sense of safety, such spectators absolutely need attention.

Easily suggested (including self-perceived ones), they are capable of drawing the most incredible pictures for themselves, sacredly believe in their “ideal”. Looking at themselves in the mirror, they see what reflects their fear to them: an ugly fat body … Although it may resemble a skin-covered skeleton.

The obsession of a frightened viewer with a distorted reality has no boundaries. The boundaries are created by the skin, and they are directed by the upper vector, in this case by Vision in a state of fear, which claims to be beautiful and wants to be in sight with all its might. When trying to lose weight, anorexia decays such people very quickly.

In anorexia, a distorted visual representation of one's own body, a state of fear, an increased need for attention, and skin self-restraint are intricately intertwined. It seems to patients that they are fat, and it is impossible to convince them. Sometimes, frightened by the warnings of others, the spectator is looking for a way to avoid getting anorexia, but still wants to continue to lose weight.

Each of us perfectly learns to rationalize our states and experiences. It is systematically seen that anorexia is a disease that fills these sufferers. The peculiarities of the state of both visual and skin vectors not only help to adapt the disease, but become its cause. Only awareness of their properties and their states can return everything to its place. And the terrible disease anorexia recedes, how to lose weight - such thoughts will no longer turn into an obsession and a killing desire.

Dominant desires sound vector

A special type of anorectics is a patient with a sound vector (a skin sound specialist with vision or, less often, without vision). Here, the disease is almost impossible to correct.

Depending on the state of Sound, the disease takes on a peculiar course.

In one case, anorexia can occur against the background of sound depression, when unfulfilled dominant desires of Sound suppress the adequate manifestation of all other human vectors, contributing, among other things, to visual fears, tantrums, and sudden mood swings. In this case, additional symptoms of anorexia will be present. The peculiarity of such patients is that the state of fear and emotional buildup in them will be interspersed with more or less pronounced symptoms of depression: depression, lack of interest, avoidance of communication, sleep disorders, headaches.

In another case, self-restraint carries the forms and meanings of the Sound idea, such as the idea of asceticism. Asking the question of how to lose weight to anorexia, a person with this type of mental health will easily make their wish come true. This is a special state of the skin sound specialist, where fanatical adherence to the idea will aggravate the course of the disease, making cure almost impossible.

Bulimia

Skin-visual girls with an anal vector are no longer fluttering butterflies, but maneuverable tanks, and, other things being equal, they get sick not with anorexia, but with bulimia. For them, what is relevant is not how not to get sick with anorexia, but, on the contrary, how to stop the irrepressible desire for food, for overeating.

Anality is a vector with greater desire power, with a greater libido. The skin vector is not able to take it under its total control of limitation. Therefore, the disease will have an undulating course: while the vision is worried about its appearance and attractiveness, the skin inhibits and restricts - anality tries to seize stress, unloading the refrigerator in a matter of minutes.

Having thus received some tiny compensation for its negative states, the anality begins to suffer a sense of guilt. The skin compensates by provoking vomiting, and if this is not enough, it resorts to laxatives or drugs that prevent the absorption of nutrients - an attempt to control the overeating process from the reverse side. The use of enemas is also the prerogative of the anality. Stimulation of the erogenous zone gives a kind of satisfaction in the desires of the vector. Irritability and harshness of the skin vector and the sensitivity of the anal vector will complement the overall picture of the disease.

The more developed the visual vector in such patients, the more chances they have to return to normal life, adequate sense of their own body and healthy nutrition.

… And it all started with the child's banal fear of the darkness in the room and books about cannibals. Having matured, but not having received the development corresponding to innate abilities, young girls are ready for anything in pursuit of imposed ideals. But the problem is not in physiological parameters, the problem is in the head. The disease begins in thoughts and states, and then ends in a hospital bed. How not to get sick with anorexia yourself and protect your children from this? There is a way.

Listen to what Alina tells about her daughter, whom she helped to cope with anorexia thanks to the training of Yuri Burlan.

How to raise a full-fledged child who does not lose his head from the desire to be like Kate Moss? You can't even imagine what simple steps are needed for this. We, caring mothers, kind responsible dads, we are ready to do everything to make our child healthy and beautiful! But it doesn't always work out.

At the training "System-vector psychology" you will not be told about how to fatten anorectics. You will be given an understanding of who anorexia patients are, how you can get anorexia and, accordingly, how to prevent the disease. And if such a problem has already arisen, you will understand where it came from and how to work with it. And your beautiful life will be in your hands, and not in pictures of women's magazines.
