A clever guy knows how to please, and Natalie, not realizing what is happening, falls into one trap after another. She thinks that the fan is driven by a genuine feeling. During her husband's sound cuts, she managed to create an emotional connection with the blond handsome man, which is not so easy to break, especially if you do not see the impending consequences. Natalie doesn't see. In response to the warnings of friends, he sounds careless: "Everything will be the same as a year ago, as well as two years ago."
Carried away at first by the risky game of Dantes, the flirting Natalya Nikolaevna soon finds herself in a cunning trap, the device of which, in addition to the narrow-minded handsome man, was engaged in by much more sophisticated and insidious players, each based on their own selfish interests. Idalia Poletika is in love with Dantes and believes that, having achieved N. N., he will finally pay attention to her. Louis Heeckeren, whose feelings Dantes skillfully manipulate, has to choose between two evils: to lose his pet forever in the snares of a legal marriage or to come to terms with the easy adultery of his “stepson” with Natalia Goncharova. Through joint efforts, the villains set a trap in Poletika's apartment, where Natalie is lured under a far-fetched pretext. The frightened N. N. will tell her husband about this dirty story too late.

All the actions of the abovementioned persons were aimed at destroying the marriage of N. N. and A. S.
