A school without violence is a question directly related to how successfully a small beast turns into a human. After all, everything that makes a person a person, he has yet to develop.
What does it mean to be human? It is the ability to create relationships with other people and to benefit the community with their skills and abilities.
You can be as smart as you like, be on incredible intellectual heights, solve complex mathematical problems without any difficulty. But at the same time, be a deeply unhappy person, unable to create full-fledged relationships either in a couple or in a team. With pain and bewilderment looking at a couple in love or lively talking friends.
School violence - what to do?
Due to its underdevelopment and immaturity, in a natural way, any children's collective is organized according to the principle of a primitive community, where the basis is always not limited by law or culture, hostility, mutual aggression, and violence. Children have not yet developed the ability to realize and fulfill their desires, there are no skills and abilities of the required level for this. And at the same time, a cultural limitation in them is just emerging. Therefore, the expression of hostility in the average children's collective is much more violent and straightforward forms than in a standard adult.
This is how a victim appears, without harassment and mockery of which the class is not capable of uniting. Therefore, without the proper participation of adults, any children's education will necessarily go this way.
Violence in schools can manifest itself in two ways: physical or psychological.

Any potential victim will be taken under patronage and protection, and the class will unite around the young leader. Of course, the right direction on the part of adults is also important.
In this situation, the question of how to deal with violence in this particular class will no longer arise. The main way to prevent violence in schools is to fully educate children under the supervision of adults.
What is the difference between an adult and a child? A sense of responsibility, which can be private or collective. In our mentality, it is optimal and most natural to instill a collective sense of responsibility.
Each child should be clearly aware that a certain area of work and even, in a sense, the fate of the children's collective depends on his actions. For example, how well they will be able to give a lecture in biology or any other subject, prepare for a test, or maybe find how to help a long-sick student to pull up.
The kid will quickly develop and grow with the right attitudes and attitude towards society. When he becomes an adult, it will be much easier for him to realize himself and find an application for his skills, it will be easier and more joyful for him to interact with other people, and ultimately to be happy. On the role of reading
Reading classic literature that evokes compassion and empathy, develops sensuality, is the key to creating deep, sincere relationships in a team, in which there will be no place for hostility, aggression, and even more so for cases of violence at school.
There is one important point here: it is impossible to forcibly instill a love of reading. On the contrary - such an approach will only cause rejection of literature. And perhaps the complete absence of any desire to be interested in books in the future. And even if the child does read, it will most likely be reluctant and without the necessary involvement in the process.
Learning any skill, including reading, requires involvement, that is, creating conditions under which the child will enjoy the process itself. Then he will not only perfectly master the entire school curriculum, but will also look with anticipation for something else to read, especially if he is endowed with sound or visual vectors.
In addition to classical literature, a good help in the moral education of the younger generation can be various cultural and historical events that arouse genuine interest. For example, holding literary competitions, poetry evenings, visiting art exhibitions, preparing and participating in the march of the Immortal Regiment, and more.
Another important element in the consolidation of not only society and the country, but also a separate school is a good knowledge of Russian history, always with an emphasis on its glorification, on exploits and positive pages of the past.
