From black envy to a competition of leaders - systemically

Envy. What do we know about this human feeling, by the way, widespread today? That envy is considered a vice in all world religions, that envy is white and black, that envy pushes people to development, that envy haunts the envy himself, that while philosophers and psychologists argue about the nature of envy, many suffering in vain are looking for an answer?

Truly, not so the worm eats wood or moth wool, as the fire of envy devours the very bones of envious people

and harms the purity of the soul.

St. John Chrysostom

Envy. What do we know about this human feeling, by the way, widespread today? That envy is considered a vice in all world religions, that envy can be white and black, that envy pushes people to development, that envy haunts the envy himself, that while philosophers and psychologists argue about the nature of envy, many suffering in vain are looking for an answer? No, thanks to Yuri Burlan's training "System-Vector Psychology" we know much more.

Who has an envious eye

Not all people are capable of experiencing envy (by envy we mean the feeling of annoyance that arises at the sight that another possesses a certain good that the envious person lacks, and the desire to get it). Envy in its true manifestation is a property of a person endowed with a skin vector from birth. We can ourselves, possessing a skin vector, ascribe envy to all the people around us, but in reality this is not so. In addition to skin people, no one knows how to envy, they can be offended (anal people), they can be indifferent (sound people), etc.

Skinner's values are material goods. He strives to be the first. Competition, competition, competition are his element. Agile, quick to grasp and process information, able to limit their desires in order to achieve a goal, with a practical acumen and a sophisticated mind, they feel that, given equal opportunities for everyone, they will be ahead of everyone.

Constructive envy pushes the leather worker to improve his life results (earn more money, buy expensive prestigious things, etc.), transform his environment for the better (now this is not a dilapidated collective farm, but the best agricultural company in the region). Destructive envy harms not only the soul of the leatherman himself, but also the people around him (that a neighbor made a beautiful fence - I will break it at night, secretly).

But their grass is greener

In the West, where the skin mentality reigns, envy in a good sense is an effective development factor - new technologies appear, new business hypostases develop, cities grow … In Russia, where the urethral-muscular mentality prevails, opposite to the skin mentality, the values of Western society do not take root at all or take root in ugly forms.

Have you seen healthy competition in Russia? Have you felt equal opportunities for every Russian to become a millionaire? Have you watched the fair and high-quality selection of the Russian elite? Have you noticed how the skin measure of the law works "for them" and "for us"? The notorious USE, individual farming, emphasis on the development of individualism in children, the formation of a rule-of-law society and a democratic state, and other "skin tricks" now and then stall on the Russian landscape (take on different forms, sometimes different content than where they were borrowed) …

The root of the fact that the best Western initiatives do not take root is rooted in our mentality. We cannot be measured with a common yardstick (logical Western). We are impulsive, and our envy is destructive in nature (we think not about how to improve ourselves, but how to make another worse) and it is always hard to experience. Often, apart from the archetypal vector in the collective unconscious of Russians, we are dealing with an undeveloped and unrealized skin vector in a particular person.

How to get rid of envy

Envy is a false feeling that another has stolen our destiny, and at the same time a vague guess about the wrongness of our life.

Envy is, first of all, the social desire of the skin person, which distinguishes us from animals. Envy is stress. This is a lack, an emptiness that a person is trying to fill. And it fills it depending on the level of development and implementation of its skin vector and the mental values of the society in which it lives. Envy works positively for developed leather workers, forcing them to continuously improve, climb up the social ladder, invent something, invent something in order to save as much resources as possible and extract as much benefit as possible.

What a developed leather man has - wealth, fame, prestige, causes terrible irritation, painful envy in an undeveloped leather man, since he does not have this, but could have. Due to the underdevelopment of his properties, the leatherman begins to behave destructively - to trip up his opponent, that is, not to work on himself, but to harm another in a petty, dirty way.

Let's get back to the vital question: how to get rid of envy? First, the parents of a skin child need to develop his inclinations correctly (vectors develop until puberty) so that envy becomes a platform for him for personal growth and advancement in life. Secondly, those adult leatherworkers who suffer from envy can realize the unconscious processes of their psyche during Yuri Burlan's trainings and change the accents of envy from destructive to constructive.
