Depersonalization-derealization syndrome
This is an excruciating disorder that makes it very difficult to live. There is an opinion that depersonalization-derealization syndrome arises as a protective reaction of the body to overstress. But the stress has already passed, and the frustration drags on for months. What to do?
Derealization is a feeling of the illusory nature of the surrounding world. Everything around is perceived as if through a film, through glass, like a photograph, a change of scenery. The feeling that the action of a theatrical performance, cinema is unfolding around, that everything is not for real, as if you are living in a fog, in a dream.
With depersonalization, one's own body, emotions and thinking feel alienated, as if they do not belong to a person, up to the loss of the ability to feel the body - "leaving the body." The body pulls the strings by an invisible puppeteer, thoughts are imposed, come from nowhere and go nowhere, the ability to control them is lost. Emotions are dulled, erased, feelings are lost. "I live like an automaton." Consciousness exists separately from the body and this world.
Often at the same time the world is perceived as boring, has lost all colors, gray and hostile, people - as "robots". All accompanied by headaches, insomnia or excessive sleepiness, apathy, loss of interests and pleasure in life, unwillingness to live, anxiety, an influx of thoughts, panic attacks, relationship ideas, fear of going crazy.
This is an excruciating disorder that makes it very difficult to live. Treatment methods for depersonalization-derealization, including medication, give a temporary result at best. There is an opinion that depersonalization-derealization syndrome arises as a protective reaction of the body to overstress. But the stress has already passed, and the frustration drags on for months. What to do?
The real causes of depersonalization-derealization syndrome
In the system-vector psychology of Yuri Burlan, for the first time, the reasons for the appearance of this phenomenon and the ability to cope with it are revealed. A person experiences most of the suffering from not realizing his innate abilities, which are inherent in parts of the psyche - vectors. Just as an organ that is not used is sick and atrophied, the soul also becomes sick. However, there is a difference. We do not consciously control the organs. And in order for the psyche to function correctly, it is important to know how to handle it, to understand its structure.
The depersonalization-derealization syndrome with all the described symptoms is characteristic of people with visual and sound vectors. At the same time, individual symptoms of derealization and depersonalization can be observed only in carriers of the sound vector with the absence of the visual one.
Clues to the sound vector and its role in the emergence of depersonalization and derealization
A person with a sound vector is the only one who separates his I (his psyche) and his body. From birth, he is focused on his inner experiences, often forgetting about the needs of the body. As a child, he has a question about the infinity of space: "Where does the Universe end and what is there next?"
The natural task of a sound engineer is to learn to focus outward, to know other people and oneself. Failure to fulfill this role is the only reason why the described states develop in the sound vector. Stresses are predisposing factors that aggravate the reverse focus - on oneself, on one's psyche, therefore, it is mistaken for a trigger mechanism for derealization-depersonalization.
Ignorance of one's own characteristics and the inability to focus on the world outside leads to increased concentration on oneself, and as a result - an increase in the sensation of separating oneself from the body and from the surrounding world. Finally, there is a desire to leave this mortal body. Therefore, the techniques of meditation, concentration and the like do not work, one way or another, a rollback occurs. Drug treatment alters the biochemical processes in the brain, suppressing the symptoms of depersonalization-derealization. But it also has its own side effects, often an increase in depression, apathy, exhaustion of the nervous system. And, of course, the skill of living among other people is not formed.
An interest in knowing oneself pushes a person with a sound vector into the study of psychology, psychoanalysis, philosophy, esotericism and religion, Eastern practices and the like. But few people know that cognition of oneself begins with the general psyche, that is, first - with other people, and then - with the awareness of oneself as a part of the whole. The sound engineer seeks to reveal the unconscious - only this in the modern world is capable of satisfying the request peculiar to a person with a sound vector.
Avoidance of communication and escape from society is harmful, but to go out to people when you don't know how to interact with them, and you don't see the point in it, is a big problem. Studying the properties of eight vectors and a single matrix of the psyche allows us to find them in other people and finally answers the question - “Who am I? What is the meaning of my life? " - already in the context of their own destiny. The path begins with transferring the focus of attention from oneself to another person, recognizing his mental properties, his vectors and their manifestations. The result of the process of focusing outside is getting rid of all the problems of the sound vector. In order to learn how to do this, you need to know what to look for in other people. To get started, you can start reading the articles of the portal and join the free online training "System Vector Psychology".
The visual vector and its role in the onset of symptoms of derealization and depersonalization
People with a visual vector in a state of not realizing their natural task may experience panic attacks, fears, phobias and anxiety states. What kind of disorders from this spectrum will be present depends also on the lower vectors. For example, panic attacks are characteristic of the bundle of the cutaneous and visual vectors. Fear for the death of loved ones - for the anal and visual. The reason lies in the obsession with their emotional experiences, self-pity. And again, the reason is in the focus on itself.
A person with a visual vector is endowed with the subtlety of feelings, impressionability and the greatest emotional amplitude. In its development, the visual vector requires compassion and empathy for other people. The realization of a person with a visual vector occurs in feelings not for himself, but for another, in disinterested help to other people who are not able to take care of themselves, in tears for the misfortunes of others. The emotional potential of a visual person is enormous, and if he is directed at himself, at the demand for attention, emotions to himself - then there will be tantrums, fear of the dark, panic attacks and anxiety.
Psychotherapy for panic attacks and anxiety states has a temporary effect, because there is a partial emotional "feeding" of the patient from the doctor and the group. Medication can relieve symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks, but often makes a person addicted to medication. Neither one nor the other qualitatively changes a person's life, because deep unconscious mechanisms are not worked through, are not realized.
Sound vector connection with mental illness
If a person has a sound vector, one must remember that this is a psychic dominant. When the sound engineer is in bad conditions, he strives for solitude - to the point that he does not leave the house for days, sits at the computer, avoids live communication. Then the visual vector will suffer, not getting its realization in society. Thus, we have the condition that is described as depersonalization-derealization syndrome.
Other vectors also contribute to the symptomatology. For example, a person with an anal vector will be prone to procrastination, procrastination and procrastination. With the skin - to flicker, grab onto several tasks and, without finishing them, take on others. In the presence of both vectors, there can be both. The activity becomes unproductive. All mental of a person is upset because of the main lack - in the sound vector.
If a person has acquired a mental trauma of the sound vector before or during adolescence, then schizotypal or schizoaffective personality disorder and even schizophrenia may develop, which are also accompanied by the depersonalization-derealization syndrome. These diseases can manifest after prolonged stress or over-stress, or after drug abuse, which is not their cause. The root, as we can see, is one - the sound vector.
How to get rid of derealization and depersonalization
The depersonalization-derealization syndrome always indicates the onset of mental distress. If the process has gone further in its pathological development, the symptoms of endogenous depression, migraine, sleep disturbances, and thoughts about the meaninglessness of existence increase; and as the apogee of unbearable suffering - complete suicide. True depressions develop only in a person with a sound vector as a result of prolonged non-realization of their properties, and there are always individual symptoms or a detailed depersonalization-derealization syndrome.
Positive changes begin with the implementation of the sound vector, the inclusion of sound properties in a natural task, namely, in focusing on the meanings about human nature, disclosing the structure of the psyche. This is what happens at the training System Vector Psychology by Yuri Burlan. As a result of such concentration, the state of the sound vector changes, what interfered with the healthy manifestation of human vectors, as a result, pathological manifestations gradually disappear.
