Almost every day, the police receive statements from fellow citizens, deceived and robbed by the daughters of the Roma people, who imagine themselves to be “hereditary fortune-tellers”. Regularly in the press, on television and on the Internet, there are warnings about the fraughtness of such predictions made at the station and market squares. But why the people continue to be led to the calls of dark-eyed dark-skinned women? Maybe it's the so-called "gypsy magic"? Or is it some naivety and innocence of our people to blame?
Law enforcement officers and psychologists have already developed almost detailed instructions on how not to get hooked by the prophesying Lyalya or Rada right in the middle of the street. But experts do not know the true root cause why, with all the awareness of women (namely, the fair sex most often become victims of such "little girls"), like flies on honey, stick to the "chitans" hung with trinkets.

Fans of all kinds of fortune-telling-predictions - and not only street, gypsy ones - are always ready for all your rational arguments to object that "after all, the prophecies are coming true!" In fact, the mechanism for realizing the predicted in real life also lends itself to rational, purely scientific, explanation. From the standpoint of a systematic approach, the hit "to the point" of prophesying magicians, including gypsies, is explained by the same properties of the visual measure that is present in the vector set of clients of the esoteric workshop.
In psychology, the concept of "hypnotizability" has been known for a long time, that is, "suggestibility, a tendency to be suggested to you, to hypnotize you." Indeed, tell a man many times that he is a pig, and he himself, believing this, will begin to grunt …
