Claustrophobia

Real claustrophobia is a phenomenon so rare that doctors, accepting patients complaining of a fear of closed spaces, may not meet a single real urethral neurotic over the years of work! And most often, patients who have nothing to do with it fall under the diagnosis of claustrophobia: the diagnosis that is made to visual people is erroneous.

How terrible it is to live to die!

What is claustrophobia? If you don't know, ask Google!

Wikipedia helpfully suggests that:

“Claustrophobia (from Latin claustrum -“closed room”and other Greek φόβος -“fear”) is a psychopathological symptom, a phobia of confined or cramped spaces. It is considered, along with agoraphobia, one of the most common pathological fears."

There is also a small addition:

"Antidepressants are commonly used to relieve claustrophobia."

Some people suggest less radical methods to treat claustrophobia, for example, hypnosis, a gradual immersion in a stressful situation:

Step 1. Concentrate your gaze at some point.

Step 2. Immediately begin to breathe deeply, evenly, but often.

Step 3. If fantasy is well developed (and it is developed), imagine a staircase and mentally, without ceasing to breathe deeply, begin to count the steps.

How long the patient will last on such therapy is unknown. There are a lot of similar "ways". And they could have helped, if not for one problem. What is called claustrophobia today … is not claustrophobic.

The other side of fear

True claustrophobia is neurosis in the urethral vector. The phenomenon is so rare that doctors, accepting patients complaining of a fear of closed spaces, over the years of work may not meet a single real urethral neurotic! Because such people do not go to the doctor, they prefer places "hot". And most often, the diagnosis "claustrophobia" includes patients who have nothing to do with him.

For example, they are: soft, kind, sympathetic, intelligent. Only they are very afraid. They are afraid to fly an airplane, travel by train, a spider that can fall on their face at night, that the ceiling will suddenly collapse, a passer-by who looked wrong, and of course, they are afraid of an enclosed space - ride an elevator, for example. But you never know what else you can be afraid of!

There is a saying among the people: from love to hate - one step. With normal development and life realization, visual people love everything and everyone. Compassion, empathy are the most joyful experiences available to such a person.

Love is perceived by people as the opposite of hatred, anger. In a sense, this is true, because the visual part of humanity is called upon by its activity to lower the general human hostility, anger. Visibility is anti-animal, anti-hatred, anti-malice.

But if we are talking about the visual person himself, then the opposite of love is fear. Visual children are the most fearful, if not the only ones fearful. And they are very impressionable. Once upon a time, permanent fear for one's life was justified. Wild animals roamed around, such fear was the key to the survival of the entire group of people.

However, today the overwhelming majority of people live to deep gray hairs, and the threat of death does not prevail over us with such obviousness. In modern conditions, visual people can develop into a state of permanent love, because love, compassion is the reverse side of fear in the visual vector.

The horror of death

Where do all these fears and phobias come from, seemingly out of the blue? The fact is that each of the eight psychotypes, vectors, in system-vector psychology implies strictly defined desires.

So, in the visual vector there is a need to fill its truly gigantic, in comparison with the rest, emotional amplitude. Simply put, the visual person needs emotions, and the brighter the better.

The developed spectator enjoys love. There is no limit in love - at least love the whole world! Love every blade of grass, every ray of the sun! Each person!

Fear is another matter. If the feelings have not received the proper outlet, if the viewer lacks emotions - due to underdevelopment or lack of implementation in a suitable area, or perhaps under stress, then the person begins to unconsciously seek fear. What kind of fear are we talking about? Fear of losing your wallet? Fear of not coping with the task? Fail on exam? Not! In the visual vector - the fear of death.

Attempts to treat fear with antidepressants, antipsychotics, hypnosis are pointless. Even realizing that there is no danger in taking a ride in an elevator or walking in a crowd of people, even having learned to fight or not at all to experience any particular fear, phobia, a person finds himself another. This is running on the spot, a person himself, unconsciously, is looking for fear, which gives him the strongest suffering …

I am afraid of you!

The only way to truly get rid of fear is to put love in its place. But how does it feel to love? Is the feeling I'm feeling is love? Or do I mistakenly think that I love, but in fact I am a prisoner of delusion?

Sometimes you can observe visual girls who choose a man for themselves, not the one they can love, but the one next to whom they will not be so scared. In this difference between suffering from the fear of death and its absence, a person feels relief. It seems as if the person is pleasant, as if you love. But this is fear! Moreover, in some cases, this form of relationship threatens the life of a man, behind whom his visual girlfriend is trying to hide from herself, because she still wants emotions … And she will look for dangers, but next to him.

Spectators are not afraid of confined spaces, not crowds of people. Subways, spiders, open spaces, closed spaces - all this has nothing to do with it - these are only forms in which the fear of death is clothed. The spectator is not afraid of flying in an airplane, but of the fact that this airplane will crash and crash. Death!

There is no fear of a closed space, there is a fear of death, the imaginative visual mind will prompt, throw up a picture of what might happen.

Thus, the diagnosis given to visual people is wrong. And the methods of treatment are wrong, since antidepressants kill not only anxiety, they extinguish emotions, which is the essence of the visual vector. A person ceases to feel not only negative, but also positive - joy, love. You need to understand who you are treating and how. And hypnosis and self-hypnosis, at best, fight the symptom, but not its causes.

I'm afraid I love you!

Sometimes visual therapists manage to teach visual patients, clients to deal with fear as it should - teach them to love. Through yourself, through your inner understanding of fear, and not with the help of techniques and medicines.

Are you afraid? Are you worried? Imagine that in the place of these monstrous sufferings there can be love - a feeling of the same power, only with the opposite sign, plus instead of minus!

How to love? How can I love all these brutes, freaks? They're animals! How often we are disappointed in people, how often we are hurt … And after all, no one wants evil! Ask any person, no one means anything bad, everyone wants happiness! All!

But we are mistaken, we are looking for happiness where it does not exist, along the way causing trouble to the people around us. There is a way to do away with these mistakes - it is by understanding yourself. Understanding your properties and desires makes it possible to make a minimum of mistakes. Awareness is a good step towards love, away from fear.
