Dreams that democratic legality will come in our country instead of selective justice and a golden age will burst out - is a complete manilovism. The rule of law in Russia is unique, it is based on the sense of justice of this particular judge, his personal concepts of good and evil. The head of our state proclaimed this from a high rostrum. The people understand the Law in the same way. Wrong verdict - the judge is not a good person. That verdict - hurray, they will show you in prison! The written law is used to express the specific point of view of the judge (his superiors). Recent high-profile court cases illustrate this best. The absence of court cases on a number of facts is even more telling.
The cell of legality is free: everyone is gone to steal

From the ancient USSR to the spiritual and moral society of the future
The urethral vector does not just ignore the law, it does not need to be limited by the law by definition of the natural force of bestowal. The return cannot be limited. You cannot take without asking, but you can give. There was an attempt to live without restrictions in our country. In the first communes, the ideas of Russian anarchists were embodied, who sought to transfer their inner state of urethral freedom to society. In a sense, he is absolutely right. The question is, where should we look for the notorious "spiritual braces", the deficit of which was ascertained from the high rostrum?
