How to make a career, if you are jarring from the word itself and in the depths of your soul it has not become clear what exactly needs to be done. Building a house, conducting analysis, being an expert is understandable, but making a career?.. Has it broken down or is it delivered disassembled?

My daughter, at about two years old, began to compete herself at every step. “I got dressed faster,” “I won,” etc. Competition, competition, rivalry are her habitat. She gets involved in it easily and naturally, it kindles her excitement. In the kindergarten she dresses the fastest. It's just that while everyone is dressing or fighting, or forgot what to do, or something else, she is already competing with everyone for speed. And she likes it.
But I do not. If I was asked to dress for speed, then while everyone was hectic to shove two legs into one trouser leg, I would neatly fold my things and watch. And what is the point of starting such a nervous event, if, most likely, judging by the feverish gleam of the eyes of the others, I clearly cannot win.
"Faster, higher, stronger" was invented by those other - representatives of the skin vector - for the same as themselves. But who said that we, based on our psyche, have a completely different vector - the anal vector, should play by these rules?
How to make a career: our opportunities
Even a generation ago, slowness, thoroughness, professionalism, fundamental knowledge, broad erudition were highly valued. A generation ago, fussy, nimble, restive people were more likely to cause a smile. It was a respected model of life to embark on a profession, one and only and beloved, right after graduation and work in it all my life, earning the recognition of colleagues with my professionalism.
Until suddenly this whole picture turned upside down. Now we urgently need to whistle everyone up - to the top of the career ladder. We have entered the age of skin development. Skin values abruptly and suddenly, for the first time in history, soared up and set their own rules of the game: multitasking, competition, connections, constant movement up the career ladder, etc. - all that is written about in common articles about how to make a career …
Any changes by representatives of the anal vector are perceived painfully, and global changes in society, contradictory in spirit, are real serious stress. But the skin phase is neither bad nor good - it is consistent and regular, and we live in it anyway.
So how can a person with an anal vector build a career in the world of skin values?
Exhale. We don't need to make a career. But if we do our job well, then career growth will find us on its own.
The notorious career ladder is for lean leathers, they even come up with sports names for everything. They like it so much. And we calmly forget about this lexicon alien to us.
Firstly, it is very important to see that all the qualities of the anal vector are not a drawback, but, on the contrary, a huge resource.
Flexible in body and soul, adaptive, competing, striving for social status, having no friends, and having useful connections - skin people are designed by nature to solve specific problems in society. Trade, process organization, business, engineering and, of course, fast career growth, realizing the desire to have status and money.
